Excellent quality shoe, well made.. worth the price.
The customer service from Shoe Mall was outstanding.
The shoe runs a tiny bit small, am thinking of returning and exchanging, definitely want this shoe. But I think it just has to be worn in a bit, and it might be fine. Will keep walking around on my carpet, and see, hoping I don't have to go through the "return" hassle and cost.
Overall, great buy, great service, highly recommanded.

I was really excited to get these boots, but they were not great. I ordered a 7.5, which is usually fine for chinese laundry but these were way to small. There were also some white marks on one of boots, so I ended up returning them.

These shoes are really cute (I bought them in black suede), but the third time I wore them, the soles started falling off. You should be able to wear a pair of shoes more than twice before they are damaged. This is ridiculous.
